Kindergarten Enrollment
In order to enroll in kindergarten, your child should be five years of age by September 1. We require the following information to complete your child's registration:
- Copy of child's birth certificate
- Copy of social security card
- Copy of updated immunization records
- Copy of physical for kindergarten students
- Completed kindergarten registration forms
